Who We Are
We empower autistic individuals to thrive through assessments, therapy, group sessions, and workshops. Serving all ages across Ontario, Alberta, and Quebec, we take a holistic, personalized approach that respects your values, preferences, and goals. Every client matters—we prioritize clear, responsive, and supportive care.
Our Mission
We increase access to neurodiversity-affirming to autism services for people of all ages by:
Providing a wide range of services developed to honor the voices of the autistic community and the latest research findings, including assessment, therapy, brief consultation, groups, seminars, and support for parents or caregivers.
Offering training and education for clinicians, businesses, universities, schools, and organizations to foster inclusivity.
Sharing resources that support autistic individuals, families, and clinicians adopting neurodiversity-affirming practices.
Embodying and advocating for our core values of authenticity, compassion, and respect.

Our Services
-
From full diagnostic assessments to brief consultations, we help identify the supports you need.
-
We offer one-on-one and group therapy. Autism isn’t something to be treated but living in a world that is not tailored to your or your child’s needs can be difficult. We work from intervention models that are evidence-based and accepted by the autistic community.
-
We foster a supportive community where people can share experiences and learn from one another. Autistic voices guide our growth, and our blog always includes perspectives from autistic individuals or caregivers.
-
Guidance for clinicians, schools, businesses, and organizations to create neuro-inclusive environments.
