Upcoming Group: Social Connections for Young Adults
“Are you a young adult looking to meet others who truly get it?”
This group is designed for autistic and ADHD young adults who want a supportive space to:
Meet peers and form connections
Share personal interests in an affirming environment
Learn and discuss topics such as stress management, relationships, communication, and self-care
Explore new ideas in a structured but relaxed group setting

Format: 6 sessions, 90 minutes each, held weekly
Where: Online (secure video platform)
Who: Open to young adults (ages 18–30) living in Ontario and Quebec
Facilitated by: A psychologist from the Autism Wellness team

$500 per participant for the full 6-session group (receipts provided under psychological services for insurance reimbursement).
We offer a reduced fee for participants with financial need and without private insurance.

Workshops focused on managing stress, anxiety, and mood challenges using evidence-based strategies adapted for neurodivergent individuals.
