Exhausted from trying to keep up?
Feeling different, but not sure why?
You deserve to feel understood.
Our neurodiversity-affirming team provides comprehensive psychological services in Ontario, Alberta, and Québec to help you move forward with clarity and greater self-compassion.
We have experience supporting individuals who mask and who have complex presentations, including those who have faced misdiagnosis or whose autism presents differently across gender and cultural backgrounds.
We are virtual-first.
As a virtual-first practice, Autism Wellness makes high-quality psychological care accessible and flexible for individuals across Ontario. Virtual sessions remove barriers such as travel time, sensory stressors, and limited regional access to specialists. Our secure, encrypted platform allows clients to connect from the comfort of their own space — creating a setting that feels safe, familiar, and conducive to open conversation. Whether for therapy, assessment, or consultation, virtual care helps us meet you where you are — literally and figuratively.
