Child Assessments
Comprehensive Psychoeducational Assessment
For children whose learning, attention, or emotional needs may be linked to autism, ADHD, or other developmental differences. This assessment explores cognitive, academic, and functional skills to provide a full understanding of your child’s learning profile.
-
Parent and teacher intake forms – to help us understand your child’s background, development, and areas of concern.
Questionnaires – completed online by parents, teachers, and (when appropriate) the child.
Cognitive and academic testing – assessing strengths, learning challenges, and overall thinking and problem-solving skills.
Observation and play-based interactions – where relevant, to understand your child’s communication, attention, and social engagement.
Review of previous records – such as school reports, prior assessments, or therapy notes (if available).
Feedback meeting – where we review findings, recommendations, and next steps with parents or guardians.
Written report – a detailed document summarizing results, including practical recommendations for school and home.
